Refund policy

All salon services are final once rendered. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Retail product purchases may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation.
